When this family contacted me for their family photo shoot, they said they wanted a spot with a large mansion, pillars and a wooden door. They had tried several spots in Adelaide to no avail. My husband and I googled 'elegant homes in the Adelaide Hills', and this stately house came up.
I checked with the owners before we came to the photoshoot and they were more than happy and totally obliging. I'm very thankful for them, allowing us to use their space.

I advise on how best to dress for family photoshoots, and I think this family did an excellent job choosing what to wear. No one stands out too much, and their clothes suit the environment and their family-style. The pop of pink is so lovely too. It's worth taking the time to think about what you are going to wear for family photos. Most people put photos on their walls and share them with family and friends, so you want to be comfortable with what you wear.
