Being privileged to photograph the wedding of this beautiful couple some years ago, it was a thrill to be able to meet their little man for this photoshoot. He is the sweetest, most gentle cherub you ever did find - it's in the genes!
We met in the carpark at Anstey Hill one peaceful morning when the light was low and golden. It's a 20-minute trek to the ruins, and we chatted along the way and was able to document some moments. Didi and Tim often walk the track up to the ruins, so they wanted photos that showed their everyday world.
Anstey Hill ruins is Newman's Nurseries old historic site. It is a kids paradise with lots of nooks and crannies to explore and climb. As a family photographer, I give the children the opportunity to enjoy themselves and do their own thing to capture them naturally rather than the "cheese" sort of photos!
