Extended family photoshoots are very popular for parents with significant birthdays, Mother's Day gifts or when the whole family are together from around the world.
My extended family consists of 61 people and is growing, so I know the effort it takes to get everyone together, but I think it is worth it. Below is our most recent family photo for my Dad's 80th birthday in 2022. Mel, one of my second photographers at weddings, took this photo. We met at the bottom paddock on my parents' farm at Hawthordene in the Adelaide foothills.
For extended family photoshoots, you get multiple photos of you all together, then individual family photos, couple photos, individual photos, sibling photos, cousin photos, original family photos (before any additions), and any other combinations you would like within the time we have. I also get as many in-between photos as possible to help remember the family dynamics.
